warranty & repair services
you will receive a one month warranty for each creation purchased directly from lillian ismail and through a retailer. in order to benefit from our services, we request that you present the invoice which will be considered the original proof of purchase. if you did not receive the warranty card, please keep a copy of your receipt (we accept both printed and digital receipt).
your warranty includes complimentary cleaning, polishing, and chain re-soldering 1 month following your date of purchase depending on the nature of the material used to avoid discoloration or damage of semi-precious stones
loss of stones or breaking and chipping due to mishandling will not be covered by your 1-month guarantee. replacement of stone includes fee + stone price
lillian ismail has the right to assess the piece and charge a fee for damages caused due to mishandling by the customer
during the one month warranty, shipment fees from and to our headquarters will be covered by the customer for orders outside of jeddah, saudi arabia.
services & repair
lillian ismail offers repair services at additional charge, 1 month after purchase. please note that in some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
lillian ismail is not responsible for stolen products, fire damaged, or chemical affected stones or metal during the warranty period of 1 month.
lillian ismail does not offer customized engraving
services we offer:
- resizing cost: 250 SR (one size up) - 450 SR (two sizes up)
- polishing: 300 SR (smaller pieces) - 400 SR (bigger pieces)
- chain re-soldering: 250 SR
- chain replacement: 650 SR (includes price of the chain for length 45 cm)
- replacement of stones cost includes repair fee (200 SR - 300 SR depending on the size of the stone) + stone price
